Food break
Since i’m so lazy picking out pictures and posting them here my trip posts aren’t moving so much.
I’ll try posting the 2nd part tonight so in the mean time have some sashimi
Tuna Sashimi thingy
it was awesome
The wasabi looks like poop too!
Basically i pan fried a log of tuna on all 4 sides. it was frozen so the tuna didn’t cook through.
we are left with tuna sashimi in the middle =D
Look how happy he is!
He’s soo happy!
He can’t wait to be eaten!

AND IT’S ON A NICE BOAT!
Well it was my brother’s birthday hence i made the sashimi thing.

EDIT: a friend of mine told me that this can’t be considered sashimi cuz it has to be fully raw to be considered such.
